Lisa started in the restaurant business in 2002, starting as a prep cook, and shortly moving to bartending at The Amber Pub. In 2003, she started serving for Saffron Patch in the Valley. In 2005, she became General Manager of Saffron Patch. Here she found her niche for front of the house management and the gift of gab. In 2006, Lisa obtained a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Science, from Kent State University, and is currently a Registered Dietitian. She has been trained in food service management, food safety, and clinical nutrition.
